KillTeamSeller Support Initiative

The KillTeamSeller projects used by many people every day. Each of our bots has a "Support" button. Our users press it much times a day: some have questions, others just want to chat, still others are bored trolls. We think they all deserve an answer of some kind. (except trolls :D)

Answering questions may be devilishly tricky at times, so we couldn't accept everyone even if we wanted to. The KSupport team needs patient and inquisitive people. Although KillTeamSeller volunteers help people from their own countries, proficiency in English is also a requirement, since the data you will be getting from us, as well as pretty much all communication inside the team, will be in English.

We rely on an army of volunteers from all over the world. They donate a fraction of their time to answer a few questions from KillTeamSeller users — every now and then, or all the time. We call this the KSupport and you are welcome to join.

Please include a voice message where do you say "Hello KillTeamSeller Support" if you want a better chance at convincing us that you actually read all of the above and below and, therefore, are inquisitive enough.

Q: Do I need to know anything special to be eligible?
No, not really. But you do need to know how to learn things. And be inquisitive enough to want to learn them.
Q: What should I say when I contact you?
We'd love who you are, what you like and what you use of our bots.
Q: How long does it take for you to reply?
I sometimes do, even though I try not to take too long. So I apologize in advance. Sorry. Don‘t lose heart. I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.

Q: Will the people I answer to know my number?
No, they will not. Unless you choose to tell them for some mysterious reason.
Q: Ok, who the hell are you, by the way?
One thing I can say for sure is that I didn‘t create KillTeamSeller projects. I’m in charge of all this support thing as well.

Q: What happens if I send you the audition or some questions in your main account?
Sorry, you don't. You'll be rejected immediately and you will not be able to take the audition. (Sending screenshots or asking questions to us will also be a rejection of the audition)
